Keep the DG and EB ACB in "Remote" mode in the relevant Main Distribution Board (MDB). Verify that the lube oil level is within the allowable limit. Check the day tank diesel level (should be above 75%). Ensure the radiator water is filled up to the brim. Confirm that the batteries are in a fully charged condition. If the Transformer Circuit Breaker (CB) trips or if power fails, the DG will start automatically.
